What are we all about?
Who are we...?
MISSION: AA Rainbow Group's mission is simple – to provide a safe, fun, and enriching experience to the sober LGBTQ community. Our primary purpose is to encourage unity and enhance one’s sobriety.
VISION: In the spirit of unity we come together to support and love one another and to show others – especially beginners – that it is indeed possible to be happy, joyous, & free in sobriety.
This Rainbow AA meeting for the LGBTIQ+ community and friends supports a safe environment for everyone.
This is an open meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous and we would like to extend a warm welcome to any visitors or newcomers, regardless of gender or sexual orientation
The exact known date of establishing our AA Rainbow Group is believed to be 1992 - launched in the Brisbane suburb of Woolloongabba. And we have loved this group ever since....!
